WESTONS MILLS - Terry M. Quattrone, of 1383 Olean-Portville Road, died Wednesday (Feb. 22, 2017) at Olean General Hospital, after a lengthy illness, with his family by his side.
Born on Aug. 21, 1951, in Salamanca, he was a son of James and Mildred Storey Quattrone. He was previously married to Anita Shaffer, who survives.
Mr. Quattrone was a graduate of Allegany Central School. He was a cook at many local restaurants and later was the manager of Olean's Bowlean with his first wife, Anita. Most recently, he cleaned many local businesses. He enjoyed his jobs and the people he got to see.
Terry was always up for a ride through the forest of Allegheny State Park. He was known for his infectious smile and blue eyes. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his mother, of Salamanca; two sons, John Quattrone of Olean and Tim (Crystal) Quattrone of Olean; two brothers, Bruce (Terri) Quattrone of Laurel, Md., and Randy Quattrone of Salamanca; two sisters, Darla (Eric) Rau of Scio and Jody Zawatski of Salamanca; five grandchildren, Mikayla, Alexx, Olivia, Reece and Madison; and several aunts, uncles, cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father; two brothers, James and Ricky; and his stepmother, Melba.
Friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 25, 2017) at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road, Olean. A service will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
