Obituary: Barbara A. "Toots" "Babs" Shelley, 76, Andover


Andover - Barbara A. “Toots” “Babs” Shelley, age 76, of 511 Route 417 passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on January 26, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA. She is survived by her husband of 17 years David Kemmer Sr.
Barbara was a former resident of Maryland who retired from Merry Maids in 2000 and moved to Andover in 2002. She had been a member of the VFW Post 2530 Woman’s Auxiliary, The America Legion Post 702 Auxiliary and  Woman of the Moose all of Wellsville. Barbara enjoyed time with her family, especially around a bon fire, and playing Criminal Case on her smart phone. Survivors include 6 daughters, Debbie [John] Linkous, Lauranne [Stephen] Victor, Freda Cavallaro [Becky Spencer], Toni Vogel, Barbara Cavallaro, Kathleen [Rick [Whitesell; a son, Robert [Jennifer] Roach Jr.; step children, David [Debbie] Kemmer Jr., Pam [Mike] Jenkins, and Patty Kemmer; a daughter in law, Karen Roach; a brother, Chip [Sandy] Milner, a sister in-law, Jeanne Wolf Kemmer; a brother in-law Roy [Joanne] Kemmer; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, a great grandson;  several nieces and nephews.
Barbara was predeceased by 2 brother in-laws; 2 sister in-laws; a sister; 2 grandchildren.
