Town of Independence police report the arrest of Kelley A.
Chase, 27 of Wellsville. Chase was stopped on Main Street and charged with 2nd
degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Chase was issued tickets returnable at
Independence Town Court on March 15, 2017.
