SP Machias - Woman arrested for Felony DWI, #3

On February 23, 2017 at approximately 2:37 p.m., Troopers arrested Susan R. Wilson, 54, of Freedom for felony driving while intoxicated. Wilson was stopped on State Route 98 in the Town of Freedom for no/obstructed plate.  While interviewing Wilson the odor of alcoholic beverage was allegedly present.  Wilson was given standard field sobriety tests, which police said she failed.  Wilson was taken to SP Machias for processing.  Wilson recorded a .17% BAC.  Wilson was found to have 2 prior DWI convictions within the past 10 years. Wilson was arraigned in the Town of Freedom Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County.
