2/21/17 11:34am- State police arrested Robert C. Colon, 25 of Wellsville. He was charged with felony 2nd degree burglary-dwelling. The incident occurred January 28 in the Town of Wellsville. He was detained on cash bail.
2/21/17 11:56am- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Hume, state police arrested Matthew D. Woodring, 26 of Canaseraga. He was charged with resisting arrest, criminal mischief and harassment with physical contact. He was held for court action.
2/22/17 4:44am- State police arrested Thaddeus F. Czwojdak, 23 of Rushford. He was taken into custody on West Centerville Road and charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. Court action is pending.
2/21/17 5:25pm- A Bath man was arrested Tuesday afternoon during a traffic
stop on Route 415. State police said they stopped 53-year-old Jeffery Ribble
shortly after 5p.m. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated,
DWI and an equipment violation. He was processed and released on court tickets.
