Wellsville Police arrested Andrew A. Rodriguez, age 27 of
Wellsville, charging him with AUO 2nd.
The charge stems from a traffic stop on Park Avenue in the Village. Rodriguez was issued a traffic citation and
released. Rodriguez is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on March 14th at 4:30 p.m.
