On Tuesday, Cattaraugus County deputies arrested Samantha Marie Cossairt, 24, of S. 3rd Street in Olean. She was charged with violating parole. She was detained for court action.
Information was released this morning on an arrest from February 14. Deputies said they arrested Alexander J. Hesterly, 27 of Machias. He was charged with sexual abuse 1st degree and endangering the welfare of a child. According to deputies, Hesterly allegedly had unwanted sexual contact with a 25-year-old female, in the presence of a two-year-old child.
