- Coudersport-based troopers were called to a disturbance at the Acorn Market at 108 N. Genesee Street in Genesee. Troopers arrested Shane M. Green, 30 of Wellsville and Tonya L. Green, 34 of Genesee. Police charged both with disorderly conduct. Troopers allege the pair "caused a public inconvenience by screaming at a noise level higher than reasonable both inside and outside" the store. Summary counts were filed in District Court.
- After investigating a complaint in Homer Township, troopers arrested Thomas Messina, 69 of Portage, Pa. and Benjamin F. Chappell, 65 of Summerhill, Pa. They were charged with the summary offense of trespassing after they allegedly entered posted property with permission.
- Three people sustained unknown injuries following a two vehicle collision on Pine Hill Road in Abbott Township. Troopers said Ryan West, 22 of Shinglehouse, was traveling at "an elevated speed," lost control, entered a skid and struck an oncoming vehicle operated by Leland Krauss, 76 of Renovo, Pa. Police said the West vehicle struck an embankment and overturned. The Krauss vehicle struck the guard rail. Both drivers and a Krauss passenger were sent to the hospital. West was charged by troopers with a speeding violation.
