Wellsville Police
arrested Jessica L. Bailey, age 38 of Portville, and Kerri R. Cobb, age 36 of
Scio, charging them each with one count if Pettit Larceny (Class A
Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an
incident that took place at Tops. Bailey
and Cobb were both processed, issued appearance tickets and released. Bailey and Cobb are both due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on January 21st at 4:30 pm.
