2/19/17 1:35am- After investigating a complaint in the Town of Alfred, state police arrested Tremer D. Nicoli, 19 of Castile. He was charged with felony 5th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance for future court action.
2/18/17 6:53pm- State police arrested Jessi Devielger, 37 of Bath. She was charged with aggravated DWI and DWI after being stopped in Wheeler.
