Wellsville Police arrested Joey L. Traylor, age 24 of
Coudersport, PA, charging him with Harassment 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Pine Street in October of 2016.
Traylor was located by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and
turned over to Wellsville Police.
Traylor was processed and arraigned by Associate Wellsville Village
Judge Walsh. Traylor was committed to
the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail.
Traylor is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 7th at 4:30
p.m.
