Matthew R. Kirk, 26, Lima, NY, was charged January 18, with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed
Operator. Kirk was released on an
appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Mary M. Jason, 19, Lakeville, NY, was cited for Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana and a Window Tint violation on January 17, and was
released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a
later date.
Mason L. Maha, 19, Perry, NY, was arrested and charged with
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Unlicensed Operator and Loud/Inadequate
Exhaust on January 15. Maha will answer
charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Lon F. Jarrell, Jr., 62, Lima, NY, was arrested January 20,
charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Driving Across Hazardous
Markings and Failure To Use Designated Lane.
Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Jarrell was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on no bail and will return to Avon Town Court in
response to charges on a later date.
Gerald B. Perry, 33, New Kensington, PA, was arrested
January 24, charged with Forgery 2nd Degree and Criminal Impersonation 2nd
Degree. Following arraignment in Geneseo
Village Court, Perry was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on no
bail. Perry will return to Geneseo
Village Court to address charges on a later date.
Caleb M. Binnert, 42, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Failure
to Register and Verify Address as a Registered Sex Offender on January 23.
Binnert will answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Nathaniel J. Pitt, 29, Rochester, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator
and Speeding on January 21. Pitt was released on an appearance ticket to
respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Leslie K. Helmerci, 49, Geneseo, NY, was charged January 16,
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and
Unlicensed Operator and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges
in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Reshard D. Gibson, 28, Rochester, NY, was arrested January
20, charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree.
Following arraignment, Gibson was remanded to the Livingston County Jail
in lieu of $250 cash bail. Gibson will
answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Tiffany L. Gleichauf, 27, Geneseo, NY, was charged January
20, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree,
Unlicensed Operator and Improper/No Signal and will respond to charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Skyler G. Cohen-Breen, 20, Pittsford, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Speeding on January 23, and was released on an appearance ticket
to appear in answer to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Trenton L. Iverson, 37, Rochester, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree on January 19,
and will satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
William J. Marble, 43, Springwater, NY, was charged January
19, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp. Marble will answer charges in Avon Town Court
on a later date.
Wesley C. Histed, 37, Belfast, NY, was arrested and charged
with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance on January 19, and following
arraignment in Avon Town Court was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on
$250 cash bail. Histed will return to Avon
Town Court in response to charges on a later date.
Duane C. Cansdale, Jr., 24, Wayland, NY, was charged January
25, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and
Unlicensed Operator. Cansdale will
respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

a Hypodermic Instrument and Grand Larceny 4th Degree on January 25. Following arraignment in Avon Town Court,
Hoffman was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash
bail. Hoffman will return to Avon Town
