On January 24, 2017, Troopers arrested Adam P. Orpet, 36 of Willing, New York for Criminal Mischief.Subsequent to the investigation into a domestic dispute, Orpet was arrested and charged with one count Criminal Mischief 4th for allegedly damaging property and one count of Criminal Mischief 4th for allegedly breaking a phone to prevent a 911 call. He was processed at SP Amity and arraigned in the Town of Willing Court. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond and is scheduled to reappear before the Court on 2/1/2017 at 5:30 p.m.
