1/30/17 6:43pm- During a traffic stop on South Branch Road in Friendship, state police arrested Tracy R. Marks, 47 of Friendship. She was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and improper left turn. She was processed, issued tickets for court and released.
1/30/17 5:21pm- State police report the arrest of 67-year-old Geraldine
Morse of Pulteney. She was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly
violating an order of protection. Troopers said the incident occurred Monday in
Urbana. Morse was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
