1/24/17 6:45pm- Following a burglary investigation in the Town of Cuba, state police arrested Ryan D. McDonald, 26 of Cuba. He was detained for court action on the charge of criminal possession of stolen property. Derrick M. Morrison, 29 of Portville, was arrested last week on the same charge.
1/24/17 12:32pm- State police say two people sustained injuries in a one vehicle crash on Back River Road in Amity. Troopers listed the driver as Debra A. Vennard, 60, of Portville.
1/24/17 8:50pm- State police say they arrested a 15-year-old Belfast bot and charged him with felony burglary. Police said the crime occurred in the Town of Belfast.
1/24/17 8:45pm- State police arrested Jesse A. Wilson, 36 of Bolivar. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
1/24/17 9:35pm- State police say one person was injured in a vehicle crash on County Road 17 in Belfast. The driver was listed as Lacey J. Pierce, 22 of Cuba.

troopers report the arrest of 24-year-old Patricia Sabins of Bath. She was
charged with offering a false instrument for filing resulting from a December
29th incident in the town. Court action is pending.

Justin Lane of Wayland was arrested Tuesday afternoon. State police charged him
with unlawfully dealing with a child. He’ll answer to a judge at a later date.
