Wellsville Police Wednesday arrested Jude T. Wahl Jr, age 25
of Andover, charging him with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of
a Child. The charges stem from an
incident that took place on Pleasant Street in the Village in January of
2017. Wahl was also charged with
Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor 2nd (Class E Felony) and Endangering
the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem
from an incident that took place on Pleasant Street in July of 2016. Wahl was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Wahl
was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $7,500.00 cash bail. Wahl is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on February 21st at 4:30 pm.
