Total snow accumulations of greater than 7 inches possible in the most persistent lake snows. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, producing considerable blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Allegany County. * WHEN...From Wednesday evening through late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult at times. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday evening commutes. Gusty winds could down tree branches and cause isolated power outages Wednesday night through Thursday night.
