Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Anthony J. Sevinsky, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on November 2nd. Sevinsky was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sevinsky is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
