New York State Police Blotter – Dec. 9, 2024
12/9/24 10:37 a.m.- Following a four-month
investigation into an alleged sex offense in the town of Rushford, state police
arrested Randy McCaa, 45, of Cuba. He was charged with felony first-degree rape
with forcible compulsion and felony second-degree rape involving a victim less
than 15 years old. He was ordered remanded to the Allegany County Jail without
bail.
12/9/24 7:29 p.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute in the town of Campbell, state police arrested Sheldon Wayne Lavigne,
24, of Painted Post. He was charged with felony residential burglary with
injury, felony aggravated family offense (more than 1 offense in 5 years) and
criminal obstruction of breathing. He was transported to jail for Central
arraignment in Bath.
