6/2/24 2:37 p.m.- After investigating a domestic
family offense in the Town of Scio, state police arrested Earl T. Beyrle, 39 of
Wellsville. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and
seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Court action is
pending.
6/2/24 10:29 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the Town
of Scio, state police arrested Kimberly K. McDowell. She was charged with DWI.
She was released on an appearance ticket for court.
6/2/24 11:55 p.m.- State police arrested Joseph R.
McGuire, 56, of Belmont during a traffic stop in the Town of Amity. He was
charged with DWI and having a BAC above .08%.
