On May 23rd, 2024 at approximately 4:12PM, following a complaint of a large fight and obscene language in the Willow Bank Park area, Cuba Police arrested the following:

Dailah A. Rhodes (20)
Alana M. Bonacci (20)
Connor D. Strong (20)
These individuals were all arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (Violation) and endangering the welfare of a child (Misdemeanor). They were all processed and released to appear at a later date. They are all presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The Cuba Police Department would like to warn all who enjoy the park that there will be a zero tolerance policy when dealing with ALL disturbances in any public park in the Village. We will also be working to release camera footage in a legal manner so that the public can see the actions of these perpetrators and know what is transpiring in the public parks in our community. The parks belong to all of us who live in the community and these types of behaviors will not be tolerated.
