Angelica Village Board to hold special meeting on Hyland expansion project

ANGELICA — The Angelica Village Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. at the Angelica Grange, 55 Park Circle. There will be a presentation given by Casella regarding the expansion at the Hyland Facility and the benefit package to be offered to the village. Please wear face covering and practice social distancing. If a large crowd attends, the meeting will be moved into the park.
