Wellsville Police arrested Deric C. Avery-Sadler, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Merriam Heights in the Village of Wellsville. Avery-Sadler was processed and arraigned
before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Avery-Sadler posted $250.00 cash bail and was
released. Avery-Sadler is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Jonathon F. Kane, age 43 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street
on July 2nd. Kane was processed and
arraigned before Town of Willing Justice Guiney. Kane was released and is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police charged Bonnie S. Perkins, age 61 of
Wellsville, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor)
for driving with a suspended driver’s license and Failure to keep right. The charges stem from a traffic stop on
Madison Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Perkins was issued traffic citations and released. Perkins is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on September 10th at 4:30 p.m.
