Wellsville Police charged Willard J. Apperson Jr, age 36 of
Scio, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor) for
driving with a suspended driver’s license, Unlicensed Operator, Inadequate/No
Muffler and Failure to notify DMV of change of address. The charges stem from a traffic stop on West
Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Apperson was issued traffic citations and released. Apperson is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on August 27th at 430 p.m.
