Wellsville Police arrested John H. Finch Jr, 28 of
Wellsville charging him with two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd. Finch was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Finch was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash
bail. Finch is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
