Oswayo Valley Memorial Library News

The library will be closed Saturday, August 31st, for the holiday weekend.

Thank You to Colleen Hyde, Jane Perkins, and their many volunteers for the great summer library program this year! The children had a great time learning about space!

The library will be hosting Noah's Ark Animal Workshop on Tuesday, August 27th, at 6:00 p.m. Noah’s Ark Animal Workshop is a mobile stuffed animal workshop in which participants hand-stuff their own plush pal! All reservations must be placed by Aug. 23rd to secure your child's spot. Registrations are limited so sign up early! Stop by the library or call 814-697-6691 to make a reservation.

This program is made possible through a grant from the Potter County Commissioners.

Vendors Needed: for the annual Pleasant Street Festival on Saturday, September 21st, from 11 am. to 4 pm. The OV Memorial Library needs you for the event to be a success ! Please bring your own set up (table & chairs) and since the event is held outdoors you may want to bring a canopy. Also, we ask that you donate one item to the OV Memorial Library's Chinese auction. If interested, please stop by the library to pick up an application. Applications and money are due by Sept. 14th. If you have any questions, contact Marjorie Milliken at 814-697-7355 or by email at tess10ovlibrary@outlook.com.
