A Bath woman is facing court action following her arrest during a traffic stop on County Road 70A in the town of Howard. State Police said they took 35-year-old Ashley Saurbaugh into custody. She was charged with driving a commercial vehicle with a BAC of .1% or more, driving while intoxicated and failing to keep right.

A name-protected 18-year-old boy from Painted Post is facing a felony charged following a domestic dispute in Erwin. Troopers said the teen was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. He was also charged with harassment with physical contact, a violation offense. He was detained for court action.

During a traffic stop on County Road 113 in Urbana, state troopers arrested 25-year-old Brigitte Zyla of Rochester. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08% and failure to keep right. She was processed by troopers and released to appear in court at a later date.

Multiple felony counts have been leveled against a Mansfield, PA woman after she was pulled over on Martin Hill Road in the Steuben County Town of Catlin. State police arrested 47-year-old Michelle Reese. She was charged with three felony counts to include DWI, having a BAC above .08% and first degree aggravated unlicensed operation because of an alcohol conviction. Those are E level felonies. She was also charged with driving a vehicle with a court-ordered ignition interlock system. Court action is pending.
