On August 18, SP Amity Troopers arrested Terry J. Burdick, 37, of Friendship, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Troopers responded to a residence on Linwood Avenue in the town of Friendship to locate Burdick on a probation violation warrant. While taking Burdick into custody, Troopers allege Burdick to be in possession of cocaine. Burdick was then arrested and transported to SP Amity for processing.
Burdick was arraigned in Wirt Town Court, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail. He is due to appear in Friendship Town Court in September.
