Cuba man arrested again for making terroristic threats

On August 10th at approximately 10:15p.m., Cuba Police arrested Scott M. Griffiths, 50, of Cuba. Griffiths was charged with two felony counts of Making A Terroristic Threat. Griffiths was processed and arraigned in town court and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond. This arrest stems from complaints made in which Griffiths allegedly threatened to cause serious physical injury/death to several residents.
Meanwhile, on May 22nd, Cuba Police arrested Griffiths and charged him with Making a Terroristic Threat (Felony). Those charges stem from an incident in which Griffiths allegedly made several threats to a local church and law enforcement.
