On August 7th, 2019, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Cuba Police arrested Heather D. Steiner, 33, of Bolivar. Steiner was charged with Burglary 2nd (Felony). Steiner was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Steiner is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
