Allegany Home Depot thefts lead to three arrests

Troopers have arrested three Olean men in connection with a series of thefts from the Allegany Home Depot store. Derek D. Hittle, 26, was arrested for Grand Larceny 4th Degree and Petit Larceny. Adrian M. Logue, 43, was arrested for Grand Larceny 4th Degree. Theron M. St. Laurent, 36, was arrested for Petit Larceny. The investigation alleges Hittle and Logue, both store employees, and St. Laurent had been stealing items with a total value of $2,115 and selling them in the Olean area. Hittle was arrested on August 5, 2019, Logue on August 6, 2019, and St. Laurent on August 10, 2019.  Both Hittle and St. Laurent were issued appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court later this month. Logue was arraigned in Allegany Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail. He is due to reappear in that court later this month.
