Allegany County Legislator renews push to extend Route 400 to Wellsville
In 2009, there was a thought...by someone...Route 400 in Erie County that leads you into Buffalo, needed to be extended south to Wellsville. The Allegany County Legislature passed a resolution to that effect which is posted below.
