Bail set at $10,000 for Friendship man in child assault case

The state police child endangerment case that was launched October 11, 2018 in the town of friendship ended with an arrest late Friday afternoon. Troopers report the arrest of Christopher A. Mitchell, 25, of Friendship. He was charged with felony assault causing injury to a person under the age of seven. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Police said a court set bail at $10,000.
