Wellsville Police arrested Roger L. Ramsey, age 59 of Flat Rock, NC, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation). The charge stems from a traffic stop on Coats
Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Ramsey was issued a traffic citation and released. Ramsey is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 12th at 4:30 p.m.
