1/20/19 7pm- After investigating a complaint in the town of Angelica, state police arrested Richard Leitzell, 55, of Scio. He was charged with trespass and 2nd degree harassment. Court action is pending.
1/23/19 9:23am- State police arrested Sarah L. Clay, 31, of Canisteo. She was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, welfare fraud, petit larceny and pot possession. She was detained on cash bail.
