Wellsville Police arrested Caylebe J. Sutley, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI and DWI with BAC of .08% or more. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East
Dyke Street in the Village. Sutley was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Sutley is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 26th at 4:30 p.m.
