Following a civilian complaint on August 31st at approximately 7:20p.m. in the town, Cuba police arrested Joseph Reed, 26, of Friendship. Reed was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08%. Reed was processed and released to appear at a later date. Reed is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
