Wellsville Police arrested Terri L. Maxwell, age 45 of Cuba,
NY, charging her with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Aggravated DWI w/BAC
of .18% or more. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville. Maxwell was processed and arraigned before
Town of Friendship Justice Lewis.
Maxwell was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail
or $2,000.00 property bond. Maxwell is
due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 14th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Patrick J. Reiner, age 46 of
Lancaster, NY, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI
w/BAC of .18% or more and Failed to Keep Right.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on East State Street in the Village
of Wellsville. Reiner was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Reiner is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on August 21st at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Michael J. Perkins, age 37 of
Bolivar, charging him with Issuing a Bad Check.
The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in
Wellsville. Perkins was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Perkins pled guilty, paid his fine in full
and was released.
