8/1/18 8:50pm- After investigating a domestic dispute, state police arrested Chad R. Griswold, 35, of Bolivar. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana, harassment with physical contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
