LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
the revoking of Local Law No 2 of the year 2015 Providing for Electrical
Installations and Inspections in the Town of Wellsville
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a
public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany County,
State of New York in the Town Office, Room 11 at the Municipal Building in said
town on June 13, 2018 at 6:45 PM for the purpose of discussing revoking of
Local Law No 2 of the year 2015 Providing for Electrical Installations and
Inspections in the Town of Wellsville.
All person interested in this matter will be heard at such time and
place. Individuals with disabilities or
senior citizens who require assistance in attending said public hearing of in
furnishing comments should contact the Town Clerk three (3) days in advance if
possible to request such assistance.
