A unique opportunity has presented itself for this year's Evening Under the Stars. This stained glass piece has been created especially for the event and will be auctioned off on Saturday night. 100% of the proceeds from this auction will go towards the trust fund that has been setup for the daughter of Carol Fanton. Carol was a long time supporter of the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally and loved the Evening Under the Stars. We are happy to do anything we can do to help honor her and support our community.
