15-year-old Clarksville boy charged with 1st degree rape

A name-protected Clarksville boy was arrested by state police Wednesday afternoon and charged with 1st degree rape, a class B felony. Troopers said the arrest stemmed from a complaint filed May 6th from a Clarksville resident. Additionally, state police charged the lad with 1st degree unlawful imprisonment and forcible touching-intimate parts. Troopers said the juvenile was released on his own recognizance.
