Linda M. Stuck “beloved
wife, mother and grandmother”
CERES, Pa.- Linda M. Stuck, 56, of Ceres, Pa., passed away
with her loving family by her side, on Sunday, March 11, 2018, in UPMC Hamot,
Erie, after a long illness.
Born on April 7, 1961 in Olean, N.Y., she was a daughter of
Clarence “Babby” and Virginia “Ginner” Green Babcock. On July 11, 2009 in Shinglehouse, she married
Michael R. Stuck, who survives.
She attended Oswayo Valley High School in Shinglehouse.
Linda was employed at several places in the area, lastly at the former Market
Basket in Shinglehouse, until retiring due to ill health.
She enjoyed bowling, watching NASCAR, and was an avid Miami
Dolphins fan. She loved camping and her
dog, Buck. Linda’s greatest love was her
family.
Surviving besides her husband are three children, Nicole M.
(Toby) Goss of Millport, and Eric V.
(Brandy) Canfield and Lisa S. (Randy) Slade, both of Smethport; two grandsons,
Alex J. Goss and Josh G. Canfield; two great-granddaughters, Elizabeth Slade
and Mirabella Slade; a great-grandson, Simon Slade; four brothers, Den (Danae)
Babcock, Bob (Rose) Babcock, Brad (Diane) Babcock and Terry (Jan) Babcock, all
of Shinglehouse; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Punky Reed.
Linda was predeceased by her parents.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Virgil
L. Howard Funeral Home, 118 South Union Street, Shinglehouse, where funeral
services will be held at 11a.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018, with the Rev.
Randall W. Headley of Port Allegany, officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery,
Shinglehouse.

Linda’s family has entrusted her care to Kevin J. Dusenbury,
