Sub-zero temperatures begin 2018

The New Year blew into the Twin Tier’s Monday in bitter fashion. Bradford Rregional Airport dropped to -15 just before 6 a.m. It was six below at the Olean airport this morning morning, while Wellsville recorded 12 below (colder in spots). The National Weather Service says…the frigid weather will continue. In both NY and PA, temperatures will plunge to below zero again Thursday and Friday nights. Some areas will again reach double digit minus numbers. In Wellsville Friday, the temperature…not even expected to break zero.
