1/14/18 2:33am- During a traffic stop on State Route 248 in Willing, state police arrested Shawn C. Stoll, 38, of Wellsville. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and two traffic infractions. Court action is pending.
