Following a domestic dispute and road rage incident on Monday, December 11th at approximately 9:20 a.m. Cuba Police arrest a 17-year-old male on charges of disorderly conduct (Violation) and criminal mischief 4th (Misdemeanor). This male was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
