A Wellsville woman faces six counts after a criminal complaint was filed in a Potter County District Court today. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges against Kyrstena M. Wesche, age 19. The charges include two counts of DUI: Controlled Substance, reckless driving, exceeding the speed limit by at least 18 mph, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession. No preliminary hearing date has been set yet by the court. The alleged incident occurred February 16th in Sharon Township.
Pennsylvania Troopers also filed a criminal complaint against 20-year-old Chance Alexia Mullen of Bolivar. The complaint charges her with marijuana possession and possession drug paraphernalia. No court date has been set.
