On December 25th, 2017 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Eric J. Kaczor, 34, of New Hudson. Kaczor was charged with 4 counts of criminal contempt 2nd (Misdemeanors). Kaczor was processed and arraigned in the New Hudson Court and released to appear at a later date. Kaczor is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
