Jean M. Levey, 60, Livonia NY, was arrested on November 25^th, charged with Driving While Intoxicated 1^st Offense, Aggravated DWI: BAC .18 or More and Moving from Lane Unsafely.  Levey will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

Colby R. Nagle, 27, Livonia NY, was arrested on November 30^th, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Speeding. Nagle was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

Casey S. Wolfe, 63, Conesus NY, was arrested on December 2^nd, charged with Assault 3^rd.  Wolfe was arraigned in the Town of Conesus Court and was released on his own recognizance.  Wolfe will return to the Town of Conesus Court at a later date. 

Dallas A. Cooper Jr., 19, Rochester NY, was arrested on December 2^nd, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2^nd Degree, Equipment Violation and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  Cooper was arraigned in the Town of Avon Court and was released on his own recognizance.  Cooper will return to the Town of Avon Court at a later date.

Timothy W. Manciocchi, 24, Honeoye NY, was arrested on December 2^nd, charged with Driving While Intoxicated 1^st Offense, Operating Motor Vehicle w/.08 of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood and Fail to Keep Right.  Manciocchi will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date. 

Carl F. Fisher, 66, Springwater NY, was arrested on December 5^th, charged with Driving while Intoxicated and Refusal to take Breath Test.  Fisher was arraigned in the Town of Livonia Court and was held in lieu of $500 cash bail.  Fisher will return to the Town of Livonia Court at a later date.

 

Francesca C. Swink, 29, Dansville NY, was arrested on December 5^th, charged with 4 Counts of Issuing a Bad Check.  Swink was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Nunda Town Court on a later date. 

Anthony J. Smith, 28, Dansville NY, was arrested on December 6^th, charged with Burglary 2^nd and Petit Larceny.  Smith was arraigned in the Town of West Sparta Court and was released on his own recognizance.  Smith will return to the Town of West Sparta Court at a later date. 

Earnest K. Baker, 32, Rochester NY, was arrested on December 7^th, charged with Possessing Contraband While in Prison and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  Baker will appear in response to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Randy L. Frank, 46,  Angelica NY, was arrested on December 7^th, charged with Felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on Highway, Threw or Deposited Refuse on a Highway and DJ/MJ Permit-Front Seat Occupant other than Supervising Driver.  Frank was arraigned in the Town of Groveland Court and was held in lieu of $500 cash bail / $1000 bond.  Frank will return to the Town of Groveland Court at a later date.

Amber L. Gray, 38, Almond NY, was arrested on December 9^th, charged with 2 Counts of Criminal Use Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd.  Gray was arraigned in the Town of Avon Court and was released on her own recognizance.  Gray will return to the Town of Avon Court at a later date.  Gray was also arrested on the above date for Possessing Dangerous Contraband in Prison 1^st Degree. Gray was arraigned in the Town of Geneseo Court and was held in lieu of $500 cash bail / $1000 bond.  Gray will return to the Town of Geneseo Court at a later date.

Joseph C. Jeffords, 26, Dalton NY, was arrested on December 9^th, charged with Burglary 3^rd Degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief.  Jeffords was arraigned in the Town of Nunda Court and was held in lieu of $5000 cash bail / $10,000 bond.  Jeffords will return to the Town of Nunda Court at a later date.

Velazquez, 25, Mt Morris NY, was arrested on December 9^th, charged with Burglary 3^rd Degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief.  Velazquez was arraigned in the Town of Nunda Court and was held in lieu of $5000 cash bail / $10,000 bond.  Velazquez will return to the Town of Nunda Court at a later date. 

Christopher C. Hooper, 44, Livonia NY, was arrested on December 9^th, charged with Torturing or Injuring an Animal.  Hooper was arraigned in the Town of Livonia Court and was held in lieu of $250 cash bail / $500 bond.  Hooper will return to the Town of Livonia Court at a later date. 

Steven W. Dere, 45, Warfordsburg PA, was arrested on December 10^th, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Dere was arraigned in the Town of Avon Court and was released on his own recognizance.  Dere will return to the Town of Avon Court at a later date. 

Jason M. Browne, 39, Mt Morris NY, was arrested on December 10^th, charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2^nd.   Browne was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later date. 

Travis S. Flint, 26, Dalton NY, was arrested on December 10^th, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree. Flint was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.                                           

Joseph R. Passamonte, 41, Avon NY, was arrested on December 11^th, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^rd Degree, Operating Motor Vehicle by Unlicensed Driver and an Equipment Violation. Passamonte was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

William T. Hamilton, 66, Atlanta NY, was arrested on December 11^th, charged with Felony Criminal Sex Act 3.  Hamilton was arraigned in the Town of N. Dansville Court and was held in lieu of $5000 cash bail / $10,000 bond.  Hamilton will return to the Town of N. Dansville Court at a later date. 

Amara L. Mott, 25, Piffard NY, was arrested on December 12^th, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree. Mott was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jayden M. Lopez, 18, Orchard Park NY, was arrested on December 13^th, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and an Equipment Violation. Lopez was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Nancy S. Castle Scott, 56, Linwood NY, was arrested on December 14^th, charged with Felony Grand Larceny.  Castle Scott was arraigned in the Town of York Court and was held in lieu of $1000 cash bail.  Castle Scott will return to the Town of York Court at a later date. 

Alexis A. Sackett, 17, Springwater NY, was arrested on December 14^th, charged with Petit Larceny. Sackett was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date. 

Jason Thomas, 48, Geneseo NY, was arrested on December 14^th, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,  Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol, Equipment Violation-No/Inadequate Lights, and Equipment Violation-No/Insufficient Tail Lamps.  Thomas will answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Robert J. Santos, 23, Mt. Morris NY, was arrested on December 16^th, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree.  Santos was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date. 

Robin Newcomb, 46, Dansville NY, was arrested on December 16^th, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree.  Newcomb was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
