12/24/17 10:05pm- During a an incident in the Town of Rushford, state police arrested Clarence L. Smith, 69, of Cuba. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol level above .08%. He was released on appearance tickets for court.
12/24/17 1:20pm- State police arrested Michael S. Sawyer of Lindley. He was charged with felony counts to include criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th (stimulants), criminal possession of an assault rifle, criminal possession of an ammo clip and a violation count of marijuana possession. He was detained for court action.
